Which email service do you use?
We have steps for you with the most common email systems, apps & services.
- Find yours in the list, click it
- Then follow the steps to make sure you'll receive every issue you're expecting.
And not only for To The Lakeside. You can use this method for any newsletter you order. Or any email you are expecting. Plus - you only have to do this one time. Follow the steps, and it's done!
Find & Click Your Email System NOW:
NOTE: All email from SW Lakes USA comes from @swlakesusa.com. The domain you'll be whitelisting is: swlakesusa.com
Gmail
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner. Click on Settings, then See All Settings.
- In Settings, click on Filters and Blocked Addresses.
- Click on Create a new filter. You may have to scroll down to see it if you already have some filters.
- In the overlay, copy & paste swlakesusa.com into the From field. In the bottom right corner of the overlay, click on Create filter.
- When the overlay refreshes, add a check to Never send it to Spam.
Yahoo!
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner. Click on More Settings.
- In Settings, click on Filters in the left column. Click on Add new filters.
- On the right, type SW Lakes USA into the Filter Name field. Select ends with. Copy and paste swlakesusa.com into the Type a filter value field.
- All email will land in your Inbox.
- Click Save to finish.
Outlook.com/ Hotmail
- In Outlook.com, click on the gear icon to the left of your profile image.
- Select Options from the menu.
- In the navigation on the left, click on Mail > Inbox and sweep rules.
- On the Rules page, click on the + icon at the top of the box. A pop-up will appear.
- In the From box, enter swlakesusa.com.
- For the action, send the emails to the Inbox.
- Save the new rule.
AOL Mail
- AOL doesn't have a way to whitelist a domain name, only a full email address. After you receive an email...
- Click Contacts in the menu on the left.
- Click the New Contact icon.
- Enter [karen@swlakesusa.com] - the address from which To The Lake newsletter memo will come
- You can additional information if you wish.
- Click the Add Contact button to finish.
Comcast
- In XFINITY Connect, click the gear icon at the far right of the navigation bar.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Filter Rules, then click on the Add new rule button.
- In Rule name, type in SWLakesUSA.
- Click on Add condition.
- Click on Sender/from. Copy and paste swlakesusa.com.
- Click on Add action. Click on Keep.
- Click Save to finish.
Earthlink
- Click the Address Book button in the blue Web Mail bar at the top of the screen.
- Click the Manage Domains button at the top of the page. The list of allowed domains will open.
- Click the Add button.
- Type swlakesusa.com in the text field.
- Click Allow This Company (Domain).
Apple iCloud
- In iCloud.com Mail, click on the gear icon at the bottom.
- Select Rules.
- Create a new rule for SWLakesUSA.
- In the first menu, select "ends with." Type in swlakesusa.com.
- In the menu at the bottom, select Inbox.
- Click on Done to save the new rule.
NetZero
- NetZero doesn't have a way to whitelist a domain name, only a full email address. After you receive an email...
- Click the Address Book tab on the top menu bar.
- Click Contacts.
- Click Add Contact.
- Enter [karen@swlakesusa.com]
- Add additional information if you wish.
- Click Save to finish.
Outlook 2007
- In the Navigation Pane, click Mail.
- On the Tools menu, click Rules and Alerts. Click New Rule.
- Under Start from a blank rule, select Check messages when they arrive, then click Next.
- Under Select condition(s), select From.
- Under Edit the rule description, select Ends with, and enter swlakesusa.com. Then click Next.
- Under Select action(s), select Move to.
- Under Edit the rule description, select Inbox. Then click Next.
- To finish creating the rule, enter a name for the rule.
- Click on Finish to save the rule.
Outlook 2010
- Click the File tab, then click Rules and Alerts.
- Click on the E-Mail Rules tab, then on New Rule.
- Under Start from a blank rule, select Check messages when they arrive, then click Next.
- Under Select condition(s), select From.
- Under Edit the rule description, select Ends with, and enter swlakesusa.com. Then click Next.
- Under Select action(s), select Move to.
- Under Edit the rule description, select Inbox. Then click Next.
- Under Specify a name for this rule, enter a name for the rule.
- Click on Finish to save the rule.
Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016
- Click the File tab, then click Manage Rules & Alerts.
- In the Rules and Alerts box, on the E-mail Rules tab, choose New Rule.
- Under Start from a blank rule, select Apply rule on message I receive, then click Next.
- Under Select condition(s), select From.
- Under Edit the rule description, select Ends with, and enter swlakesusa.com. Then click Next.
- Under Select action(s), select Move to.
- Under Edit the rule description, select Inbox. Then click Next.
- Under Specify a name for this rule, enter a name for the rule.
- Click on Finish to save the rule.
Apple Mail
- Click Mail in the top left, then Preferences.
- Click on Rules. Click on Add Rule.
- Give the rule a Description. In the From line, select ends with.
- Enter swlakesusa.com
- Select Move Message then select Inbox.
- Click OK to save the new rule.
Mozilla Thunderbird for PC
- Click the Application menu, then click Message Filters.
- Click New. The Filter Rules dialog will open.
- In Filter Name, type in SWLakesUSA.
- For Apply Filter When, add a check to Getting New Mail. Then select Filter before Junk Classification.
- Ensure Match any of the following is selected. Then select From in the first menu, then ends with in the second menu. Type in swlakesusa.com
- Select Move Message to and then Inbox, if your version of Thunderbird does not have a Not Spam option.
- Click OK to finish.
Mozilla Thunderbird for Mac
- Click the Application menu, then click Message Filters.
